Veteran Medical Products, Inc. designs and markets high-quality disposable medical products for healthcare providers and educational institutes. In collaboration with physicians, we develop innovative features to improve existing material, as well as refine new ideas into efficient and safe products. Our goal is to do our part to provide innovative solutions to todays increasing medical cost.

Veteran Medical Products is a Veteran Owned company, certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), and located within a HUB Zone in Grand Rapids, MI.

COMPANY HISTORY
Roosevelt Tillman started Tillman Industries in 2004. Today Mr. Tillman is doing business with Medbio Inc., a contract manufacturer for the medical device and bio-technology industries. Several hospitals approached Mr. Tillman and expressed their strong desire for MBE’s, and many offered to partner up and work with him to develop products. Late in 2004, Roosevelt started the process of developing these products at the request of these hospitals.

Veteran Medical Products, Inc. was founded in May of 2005 as a result of the hospitals’ desire and push for availability of products from an MBE supplier. This push has continued and VMP goes forward to work on developing new products and improving existing medical devices.

VMP has recently signed national contracts with two GPO’s, VHA and HPG. The contracts that were awarded were not only on the basis of the MBE and veteran statues, but because of our outstanding value. Not only have the products we developed made substantial improvements clinically, but they have also established optimal pricing. We are currently set up as distributors at Cardinal Health, Burrows, Seneca, and Owens & Minor.
